Your mailroom’s hours of operation in Received Digital determine a couple of things:
- When recipients can schedule a pickup (recipients can only schedule a pickup for a time within the mailroom’s hours of operation)
- When reminders and escalation notifications are sent (the times set when configuring reminders and escalation are set in working hours)
Changing your mailroom's hours of operation
To change your mailroom’s working hours …
- Under the the Administration section in the left menu, click Mailroom.
- Navigate to the Info tab, and scroll down to the Hours of Operation section.
Set your mailroom’s hours of operation by clicking on a day to expand it, check the Working day box, and enter an open time and close time.
